New CATI and Web Software InstalledJune 2011 Pioneer Marketing Research has installed new CATI based software and new Web Based software from Sawtooth Technologies. Sensus V5 for CATI and Sensus Web V5 for online surveys now provides 100% compatibility between our CATI platform and our Web platform. This allows us to have three full time programmers for both software products in house rather than 2 and 1 previously. Using the same software product for CATI and Web allows us to more efficiently handle mixed mode studies when required, with full data compatibility, quota tracking and backup. One new feature allows improved program checking utilizing auto testing, in which an unlimited number of data are randomly generated to review the output for consistency and accuracy. Another new feature available is online crosstabs 24/7 for all web based projects. These features and many more are important enhancements to the level of service Pioneer Marketing Research is able to provide.
